Chrome extension: Checklistz - a todo app

Checklistz — A Minimal Daily Task Manager

Download from Chrome Web Store

Checklistz is a lightweight, free, permission-free Chrome extension for managing your daily task list. No sign-up, no rich text editor, no clutter — just a quick way to track what you need to finish today.

What It Does

  • Create and check off daily tasks instantly
  • Reorder tasks as priorities shift
  • Delete completed or unnecessary items
  • Automatically syncs across devices via Chrome's built-in sync (when you're logged into Chrome with the same account)

Why This Extension Exists

Most task managers I tried—Notion, Evernote, OneNote—were feature-rich but overkill for what I actually needed: a simple notepad reminder for today's work.

Other "minimalist" Chrome extensions demanded invasive permissions: they need to read every website you visit and monitor all the data on them. That seemed unnecessary.

So I built Checklistz with a single principle: do one thing, do it simply, and never ask for more permissions than you actually need. No tracking, no data harvesting, no requests to monitor your browsing.
