Would you recommend using a CSS Framework to build the portfolio or build it via Vanilla CSS?
It would be great if you can use plain CSS to build portfolio to demonstrate your CSS skills but if you already have some good projects made with plain CSS that you can showcase then feel free to use a CSS framework to build portfolio :)
