What 6+ Years of Backend Development Taught Me (So Far)

After working as a backend engineer for 6+ years,
here are a few things I’ve learned the hard way:

1. Writing clean code matters more than clever code.
2. Debugging production teaches more than tutorials.
3. Communication is as important as code.

I’m still learning, but sharing this in case it helps someone starting out.
