What this audit gives you There is a question every AI engineer answers badly at least once a year: what should I learn next. The usual method is to notice what is loud. Somebody publishes a framework, three newsletters cover it, a colleague mentions it twice, and within a fortnight it has quietly become your plan for the quarter. That method has no relationship to what anybody will pay you for. It measures attention, not demand. The adverts are a better instrument, and they are free. Every open role is a document in which an employer has been forced to write down, in public, what they will and will not accept.
