So far the designs I had to face were only personal jobs. But as I am not really a designer, but a coder, i often find myself longing for inspiration to make something different...
Do you sketch at any point in your development process?
Yes! It is actually the first thing i do. A rough draw with sections and elements. Including the requirements.
It helps me a lot to get into the code asap.
Doesn't mean that is going to be the final design, but it is a good roadmap. And you?
That’s great! Yeah for me sketching is the first step as well in understanding what I’m trying to solve. Like you said it helps to create a good roadmap to get started. The key is to visualize my approach when designing or developing. 😀
