Have you noticed that AI can perform all tasks accurately?
If you did, then you might have also noted that you spend more time on a single problem while using AI. Usage of AI produces accurate output, but the cost of accurate output is undermined creativity and lost time. Also, the output produced by AI feels insipid.
Now, letβs discuss the topic "Why is AI abysmal in logic?".
The main reason is: It is not trained to generate new information; rather, itβs trained to reduce redundant tasks of humans. AI is Artificial Intelligence, it is being trained on human-generated data. When a user asks AI to solve a problem or produce an output, it first checks answers inside the dataset. If the question is matched, then it produces output based on the dataset answer. If there is no match, it scrapes the required data.
When AI tries to generate an answer for an extrinsic problem, it starts producing terrible answers. These answers inevitably consume our energy and time. To solve the problem, either we need to feed more data to AI or solve it by ourselves. At this moment, we start thinking about the weakness of AI. This also sabotages our time.
Let me tell you a real-world experience of mine...
A few days ago, my friend introduced a simple programming problem. He sent me an image of a triangle pattern in which alternate binary digits are used. At that moment, I was outside my room. So, I tried to use AI for solving that problem. I used all popular AIs (ChatGPT, Google's AI, Meta's AI, and Copilot), but all produced incorrect output. Even though I tried to provide more information about how to solve it, the terrible output remained the bigger problem than the one that my friend asked.
After returning, when I tried to solve that problem myself, it only took 2 minutes (Definitely, time taken by the computer to start is excluded.). At that point, I learned that AI can solve problems that were previously solved. To produce an answer, it either uses its dataset or scrapes data. Humans can do both, but in human terms, copying code means stealing code. So, we created AI to steal (scrape) information and then use it to produce excellent output. In short, the adjudication to use AI as an arbitrator in the name of fairness is why we created AI.
In reality, stopping or discontinuing AI is impossible, or we can say this way of thinking is more foolish than AI itself. Since AI is created to make human life easy, we need to understand that we need to use it responsibly. If we assume AI as free labor who can do the work of 10 or 100 people, then it will be difficult to understand why people will consume that product. But, if you are thinking this way, then definitely AI will take your job. Basically, if you are working as an employee for a corporate company and you are acting against progress, AI will replace you because companies need to generate profit, and profit is earned by progress.
On the other hand, if you are someone who uses AI as an employee for yourself or a personal assistant, then definitely you will rise to success.
