I sold a SaaS in 2026. Here's what the buyer actually cared about

Production-ready AI database docs SaaS. Solo or team founders. Finds bad queries, undocumented tables, optimizes what you ship. 10 beta users, Stripe wired, $9K negotiable.

The build

Vizora1 documents your database. Paste a schema — any DB (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite, Prisma, Drizzle) — and get instant docs, ERD diagrams, and AI explanations in plain English. Solo founder or team, the output is the same: readable code you don't have to rebuild.

What it does for buyers

Finds the bad queries. The undocumented tables. The schema comments you forgot to write. Optimizes what you ship. That's the actual product — not a landing page. Working docs generator, wired to Stripe, 10 real beta users (6 still active), 35 migrations, Playwright E2E tests, Sentry monitoring.

Why I'm selling

Built it alone. Production stack (Vercel + Render + Supabase, ~$0/mo infra). Now I can't give it the attention it deserves. Honest asset sale, not vaporware.

What you get

Full source code + git history. Deployments live. Stripe billing configured. Beta user list and logs at close. Documentation. 30-day handover support excluded per buyer request. $9,000 negotiable. Reach out in DMs.

Honest notes

Pre-revenue ($0 MRR). Billing UI live. Build needs clean npm install on correct Node version. No real credentials in any public file — everything secret transfers privately at close. 10 beta users, full list handed over at close, never published.
