If you have never written code, pick an AI course in Nepal that teaches you to use AI tools and build no-code automations. Leave the courses that teach you to build AI models for later, because they start with Python and math.

Most search results for "ai course in nepal" mix these two kinds together. Degrees, one-day workshops and long programs all sit on the same page. That is why many beginners feel lost before they start.

What are the two kinds of AI course in Nepal?

The first kind teaches you to build AI. You write Python, learn some statistics and train machine learning models. Degrees and long programs are usually this kind, and some list Python as a requirement before you join.

The second kind teaches you to use AI well in the work you already do. You write clear prompts in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. You check every answer. Then you connect apps so the computer repeats boring tasks for you.

Both are real skills. They lead to different work and need different starting points.

Should a non-coder learn to use AI or build AI first?

Learn to use AI first. Building AI takes months of Python before you make anything useful for your office or shop. Using AI pays back in the first week, in emails, reports and customer replies.

There is a second reason. After a few weeks of using AI every day, you know where it fails. You have seen it invent a number or a date. That is a good base for anyone who later wants to build AI, so nothing is wasted.

If you already code, or you want to build AI products as an engineer, the order flips. Then our AI Engineering and Machine Learning course is the right place to start.

What does using AI well actually mean?

It is more than typing a question. Three habits matter most.

Ask with context. Say who the answer is for, what you want and how long it should be. Give one sample answer when you can. "Reply to this customer in polite Nepali, under 60 words, and offer Sunday pickup" gets a usable draft. "Write a reply" does not.

Check everything. A large language model guesses the next word. It does not look facts up for you, so it can sound sure and still be wrong. Check every number, name, date and quote outside the AI before you send it.

Guard your data. Never paste passwords, your NID number, bank details or client information. Open each tool's privacy settings once. In Gemini, you can turn off Keep Activity. Google's own help page asks you not to enter anything you would not want a reviewer to see (Gemini privacy help).

What is no-code automation, in plain words?

An automation is a task the computer repeats for you. It has a trigger, the event that starts it, and actions, the steps that follow.

Here is a simple example for a small shop in Kathmandu. A customer fills a Google Form. A new row lands in Google Sheets. AI drafts a reply. You read it and approve it, and only then does Gmail send it.

The tool choice matters, because free plans are what most beginners here start on. Paying for these tools from Nepal needs a dollar card. Zapier's free plan gives 100 tasks a month and only two-step Zaps (Zapier pricing). Make.com's free plan gives 1,000 credits a month, and its flows can branch into more steps. For a first automation with an AI step in the middle, we would start in Make.com.

One warning about free plans. A flow set to check for new data every 15 minutes runs 96 times a day. If each check uses one credit, 1,000 credits are gone in about ten days. Run your first flows on demand, or once a day.

Are AI agents safe for a beginner?

An agent is an AI that goes and does the steps for you, like opening pages and clicking buttons. That makes it useful. It also makes it risky.

A web page or an email can carry hidden instructions written for the agent, not for you. The agent may read them and obey. This is called prompt injection. OWASP puts it first in its list of risks for apps built on large language models (OWASP on prompt injection). Its advice is to give the AI the least access it needs, and to keep a human approving anything important.

For a beginner, that means a few simple rules. Run agents in a separate browser profile with nothing important signed in. Use public pages only. Never let an agent hold a password, make a payment or send a message for you.

How long does a no-code AI course take to be useful?

Weeks, not months, if the course goes slowly and you practise. At Saarathi Academy in Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu, our No-Code AI, Agents and Automation course runs for 5 weeks, Monday to Friday, 2 hours a day. There is no Python and no programming in it.

The first two weeks are only foundations: safe use, prompting, everyday writing, study help and AI in spreadsheets. Week 3 compares Zapier, Make.com and n8n, then builds your first automation in Make.com. Week 4 covers the flows a small business in Nepal runs, then one supervised agent errand. Week 5 is your own project, planned and priced, plus your CV, LinkedIn, a mock interview and a short showcase.

We are honest about the result. You get better and faster at the job you already have. Five weeks will not make you an expert automation engineer. Classes run in person and online, with up to 10 students in the classroom per batch, and mentors still do the job they teach. The course ends with a certification exam taken online at home.

What can you try tonight, for free?

Write down three boring tasks you repeat every week, at work, at college or at your shop. Next to each, write how many minutes it takes you today. Turn off Keep Activity in Gemini, then try one task with a prompt that says who it is for, what you want and how long. Check every fact in the answer before you use it.

If that one task got faster, you already know which kind of AI course to take first. The week-by-week plan is on the No-Code AI, Agents and Automation course page, and the full syllabus is public before anyone pays.
