Iβm Saimoom, a Laravel developer from Bangladesh π§π©, and I recently started building a Support Ticket System using Laravel. This is a personal project Iβm working on to solve a real-world problem and sharpen my full-stack development skills.
π― Why Iβm Building This
Most support ticket systems on the market are either:
πΈ Too expensive
π Too complex for small teams
π Not customizable for developers
So I decided to build my own: a simple, efficient, and affordable Laravel-based solution focused on performance and usability.

- AJAX (jQuery) β for login and ticket submission without page reload
- MySQL
Optional features coming: Laravel Reverb, Livewire/Alpine for interactivity
