πŸš€ Building a Laravel Support Ticket System – My Developer Journey

Hey Devs! πŸ‘‹
I’m Saimoom, a Laravel developer from Bangladesh πŸ‡§πŸ‡©, and I recently started building a Support Ticket System using Laravel. This is a personal project I’m working on to solve a real-world problem and sharpen my full-stack development skills.

🎯 Why I’m Building This
Most support ticket systems on the market are either:
πŸ’Έ Too expensive
πŸ˜• Too complex for small teams
πŸ”’ Not customizable for developers
So I decided to build my own: a simple, efficient, and affordable Laravel-based solution focused on performance and usability.

  • Laravel 12
  • Blade + Bootstrap 5
  • AJAX (jQuery) – for login and ticket submission without page reload
  • MySQL

Optional features coming: Laravel Reverb, Livewire/Alpine for interactivity
