Most students don't struggle because they lack motivation.
They struggle because they lack clarity.
Over the past few years, I've noticed the same pattern among students:
- They spend hours making study plans.
- They create detailed timetables.
- They download productivity apps.
- Yet they still struggle to stay consistent.
The problem isn't effort.
The problem is the gap between:
"I want to study."
and
"I know exactly what to do next."
That's the gap I wanted to solve.
So I started building Focera.
A study and focus platform designed to help students:
✅ Plan their study sessions
✅ Stay focused without distractions
✅ Build consistency over time
✅ Track real effort instead of fake productivity
As a developer, this project has also pushed me to learn more about product design, user psychology, and building software that solves real problems.
The website is now live:
This is only the beginning.
I'll be sharing the technical decisions, product lessons, mistakes, and progress as I continue building Focera in public.
If you're building something yourself, I'd love to hear what problem you're solving.
