Introduction
When you start coding or creating projects, it’s easy to get lost between ideas, code, files, and deadlines.
I personally use Notion to keep everything organized: my tasks, my projects, and even my future ideas.
In this article, I’ll share my simple method to organize projects with Notion.
Why Notion?
- It’s free (or almost)
- Flexible (databases, pages, lists)
- You can centralize everything in one place (ideas, tasks, notes, code snippets)
My 3-Step Method
1. Create a "Projects" database
Each project is a card with:
- Project name
- Status (idea, in progress, completed)
- Priority
- Deadline
2. Add a page for each project
Inside the page, I include:
- A simple to-do list
- Resources (links, docs, images)
- A "Problems & Solutions" section
3. Use different views
- Board view (like Trello) → track progress
- Table view → see details
- Calendar view → check deadlines

Conclusion
Organizing projects saves time and keeps you motivated.
Notion is a great choice, but you can also try tools like Trello, Todoist, or ClickUp.
