Most free image converters ask you to upload first. Fine for a meme — less fine for a passport or exam photo.

Quick add: “no upload for processing” means HEIC/compress/resize/crop/QR run in your tab after the page loads — we don’t take the file bytes onto Acsaven servers for those jobs.

If a portal has a weird KB/size rule (country + form name helps), tell me and I’ll prioritize that preset.
