We’ve all been there—running to the nearest coach only to realize it’s the most crowded one. That’s why I built Coach-Load, a real-time transparency engine for commuters.

📍 What it does:

Live Heat Maps: Instantly see coach occupancy (Green = Seats, Yellow = Standing, Red = Full).
Platform Guidance: Tells you exactly which direction to walk on the platform to find the least crowded spot.
Smart Balancing: Helps distribute passengers across the train for a more comfortable journey.
Built with React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, and Vite, this MVP demonstrates how simple data transparency can transform the daily commute.
