The AT Protocol stands for "Authenticated Transfer Protocol". It's an open, decentralized network for building social applications collectively known as the ATmosphere. It differs from ActivityPub and its Fediverse in key aspects.
Applications built on ATProto include:

- BLUECAST Real-time audio streaming & karaoke.
- Bluemotion Videos.
- Bluesky Microblogging.
- Frontpage Link aggregator.
- Linkat "Link in bio" pages.
- Smoke Signal Events and RSVPs.

- WhiteWind Blogging.
You can find your 𝕏 (Twitter) contacts on Bluesky with Sky Follower Bridge and connect Fediverse and Bluesky accounts with Bridgy Fed. A great resource to keep up on both protocols is The Fediverse Report.
ActivityPub plans to borrow some aspects of ATProto in terms of discoverability with Discovery Providers and account portability with LOLA.
