Introducing Windows 12 – A Fun Fan-made Copy of the OS
Hey Dev.to! I’m excited to share my latest project with you all — Windows 12. This is not a real operating system, but a fun, fan-made version I created to learn more about development and experiment with different features.

What’s new in version 2.0:

Animations that add life to the interface and make the experience more dynamic.
Notification sounds to enhance the atmosphere when interacting with the system.
Login waiting mode for a smoother user experience.
Classic apps like CMD, Notepad, and even a Snake game.
Easter eggs hidden throughout the system for those who love discovering secrets.
What’s coming next:

Version 2.1 is in the works, with more animations, features, and improvements coming soon.
I’m also preparing an additional update, 2.1.5, which will bring even more tweaks and enhancements.
The release isn’t ready yet, as I’m still working on finalizing the project, but I plan to release version 2.1 next week along with 2.1.5.
I’d love to get feedback, suggestions, and ideas from the Dev.to community! This is my first major project, so your attention and support would mean a lot to me.
