My First blog, First in DEV.

git init blog

So... this is it. My very first blog post on DEV.to. Honestly, I have no idea how this is going to end, But I figured the only way to find out is to just start. So here I am.

A little about me:
I'm a self-taught software developer, and my home base is the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js β€” love it). Just curiosity, a lot of coffee, and way too many late nights staring at a screen wondering why my code isn't working. πŸ˜…

I've been building apps, breaking things, fixing them, and slowly levelling up. And honestly? I enjoy every bit of this journey. The wins, The bugs, The "wait, it actually worked?!" moments.

On the whole "AI is killing dev" thing:
You've probably heard it "AI is going to replace developers." I get why people say it. But here's my take: the field isn't ending, it's evolving. The developers who learn to work with AI, to understand it, direct it, and build on top of it, they're going to be just fine. Maybe even unstoppable. The key is learning to tame the beast, not fear it.

What's next:
I don't have a perfect content plan. I'm going to write about what I'm learning, what I'm building, and what confuses the heck out of me. If even one person finds it useful, Great!. If not, at least I'll have documented my own growth.

Thanks for being here on day one. Let's see where this goes.
