How many Vue stores do I need?

I'm making an e-commerce like app using VueJs and I'm learning state management with Pinia.

I`m kinda confused with how many stores do I need to integrate in my app or how many pieces of state do I need to manage. I wanna know how you determine the number of stores as an experienced developer
