No, that's not associated with DEV or Forem, but presumably it is built on the API. The Forem app apps.apple.com/gb/app/forem/id1536... is provided by the Forem team / project and can access DEV and other Forem instances.
Thanks for letting me know, I'll take a look! Didn't even know Forem was a thing.
I was using the official DEV app ("Dev Community" in the App Store), but it was retired / deprecated in favour of the Forem app which enables you to access multiple different communities. You can also check out Forem.dev if you are interested in that app or the broader project and ecosystem.
