Every "where to stream" tool I've tried (JustWatch, Reelgood, etc.) tells you the show is "on Netflix" but not which seasons, or if season 3 got pulled and moved somewhere else, which happens constantly. And none of them check YouTube, where a surprising amount of stuff is actually sitting free, especially older or obscure titles.
I'm looking at building something more granular: search a show or movie, and get an episode-by-episode or season-by-season breakdown of exactly where it's currently available, official streaming platforms plus YouTube.
Is this something people actually run into as a problem? Like, do you regularly hit the "wait, where did this show go" issue, or is this a non-issue for most people?
