Disclosure: I build and sell every tool in this list (Silkline on the Apify Store). They are paid, pay-per-result Actors. This post was drafted by an AI agent from my own run data; the numbers are from runs I made on October 28, 2026.
If you need data from Chinese platforms, the usual problems are the same everywhere: the sites want a Chinese phone number to log in, requests are signed, pages are in Chinese, and the official APIs are closed to foreign companies. I spent the last three weeks turning 32 platforms into simple APIs. You send a keyword, a link or an ID, and you get flat JSON back. No account, cookies or proxies on your side.
Every tool runs on Apify, so you can start it from the web console, the API, Python or JavaScript, schedule it, and export to JSON, CSV or Excel. You pay per result (some tools add a small fee per run); each store page lists the prices.
Below are the 32 tools in four groups, one line each, then two real examples.

Example 1: which sunscreen should a Douyin creator promote?
I searched Douyin Shop for 防晒霜 (sunscreen) and got 20 products. Sorted by 30-day sales, the top two were:
| 30-day sales | Price | Commission | Creators promoting | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 | 4,810 | ¥29.9 | 40% | 273 |
| #2 | 1,775 | ¥39.9 | 5% | 183 |
The best seller pays eight times the commission of the runner-up and is cheaper. For a creator that is the obvious pick, and the 273 creators already on it show that others found it too. For a brand selling sunscreen on Douyin, the table shows what you compete against: 40% commission at ¥29.9.
The input was three fields:
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("clover_folktale/douyin-shop-scraper").call(
run_input={"mode": "search", "keywords": ["防晒霜"], "maxResults": 20}
)
items = list(client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items())
top = sorted(items, key=lambda x: -(x.get("monthlySales") or 0))[:2]
for p in top:
print(p["monthlySales"], p["price"], p["commissionRate"], p["cooperatingCreators"])
Example 2: where do camping chairs on Taobao come from?
A Taobao search for 露营椅 (camping chair), best sellers first, 20 products:
- 16 of the 20 are Tmall stores, not small Taobao sellers.
- 18 of the 20 ship from two provinces: Zhejiang (11) and Hebei (7).
- Six of them show 10,000+ sold. Prices after discount run from ¥15.8 to ¥139, median ¥37.9.
If you source outdoor furniture, that is a short list of where to look for factories, and a price floor to beat. The same run gives shop ratings and sales text for each item, so the next step is to search the same product in the 1688 scraper and compare wholesale prices.
run = client.actor("clover_folktale/taobao-scraper").call(
run_input={"mode": "search", "keywords": ["露营椅"], "sort": "sales", "maxResults": 20}
)
Try them
On the Apify free plan each tool returns a stored sample of real results, so you can see the fields before paying; running your own input needs a paid Apify plan. Code examples and output samples for all 32 are in the examples repo on GitHub. If a field or a platform you need is missing, open an issue on the tool's page and tell me.
