Trained in Hungary in Food Technology and Bromatology — the science of food composition and its precise action on the body — I built a rare expertise at the intersection of food biochemistry and women's functional health.
Over the years I deepened my knowledge across complementary disciplines: nutritional therapy, phyto-micronutrition, Chinese dietetics, functional naturopathy, and prevention through nutrition. Each field sharpened my ability to find solutions where other approaches stop.
Based in Occitanie, I opened my Cabinet in Sérignan — a space dedicated to women who want to understand their body, not just endure it.
I don't stop at visible symptoms. I look for the root cause — in your biology, your nutrition, your hormonal history — until I find what truly makes sense for you.
