We're halfway through and we just launched our Growth Marketing Software called Hello Mellows!
This gives us plenty of time to do some user testing and really make sure what we're building is as valuable as possible π
The main learnings so far are:
- Launch as soon as you can, because there is a big difference between what you think people want and what they actually want
- Talk to as many users as possible
- Remember to have fun! Often we got carried away trying to do as much as we could we forgot that we should be enjoying the process π
- Finally, we learned that we can do way more than we originally thought!
