Problem Statement : Deploy ML Models Quickly

While trying to install and run the new Facebook Research Detic's GitHub code, I realized that the environment setup and deployment of these projects, even if you know the basics and the README is clear is a huge task. It takes time even for playing around with the code.

Is there any interesting opensource projects that we can use to achieve this quickly?

I know, Some repo don't come with a Dockerfile or even requirements.txt, Which makes it difficult to setup the environment. As someone who want to get hands on experience on any new projects, this is a struggle.
