Is RxJS more popular than React?

I saw the comparison of npm package installations:

RxJS is double that of ReactJS. At first I thought I saw the digits wrong... is RxJS more popular than React? Why aren't there any jobs I heard that requires RxJS, while there are many jobs that require ReactJS?
