Ever since Toyota, the car manufacturer, pioneered the kanban methodology back in 1940s, nearly every software team has adopted it. Mostly due to its ease of use, ease of understanding, and of course, the value it provides to teams - clarity and visibility into what’s happening within the team.

Which is why, almost every project management tool on the internet provides a Kanban board. Of course, only some of them will suit your needs.

So, let’s jump in and look at 9 kanban tools you should consider for your organization.

Awesome resource! Have you tried Nodezap it can be used to create Admin Panels. It has variety of charts and widgets to choose from. You can write your own CRUD logic to manipulate data. It will also let you fetch data from the external resources using REST api.

Was looking for to-do list apps a while ago since the pandemic started. Never knew that there were so many softwares made for this. Ended up finding my favorite one, which I decided to also use it to manage our team projects.
Asana and Trello are bit too expensive in my opinion. You need to pay a large fee in order to get the features you want...Especially Asana, it just keeps getting more and more expensive.
Softwares like Quire or Zenkit are better when it comes to free features. Been sticking to these two apps lately, zenkit is a bit slow though, so you gotta have patience for it.

What I look for:
• Clean interface: I prefer things to look clean and have clear navigations.
• Easy collaboration: The easier the better. A simple link that you can share with others.
• Kanban board
• Task Reminders
• Webpage+mobile app quick sync
• Free or low priced
Quire has all of the traits listed above, so I'm currently using them, but I'm open to more suggestions!
I'll definitely give the ones you recommended a try.

Codegiant

Hey Vikash, Asana seems like the winner for me. Though Trello is also very good in terms of simplicity. Codegiant (codegiant.io/home) is also another agile project management tool, my team has developed. Yet, JIRA seems to be the most popular one as it's been on the market for a while.
