PrivilegeLog: a litigation privilege log that is not another fragile spreadsheet

PrivilegeLog is a free, local-first privilege log workpaper for litigators and discovery counsel.

Productions move. Clawbacks land. Opposing counsel challenges a line item. The privilege log is still often a spreadsheet that someone renumbers by hand.

What you get

  • Log #, Bates/control, date, author, recipients, description
  • Privilege bases: attorney–client, work product, mediation, and more
  • Statuses: withheld, redacted, clawed back, challenged, waived
  • Incomplete-field flags and active / challenged filters
  • Full log CSV and concise serving log CSV — data stays in the browser

Honest limits

Not an e-discovery platform. Privilege analysis remains counsel’s judgment. Not legal advice.

Pair with DeadlineBook for case deadlines.
