Hey Dev.to community — we're Topflight Apps, a US healthcare & fintech software agency based in California. We've been building for 8 years and we're looking for a Lead Full Stack Dev (or a strong Senior ready to make that jump).
The stack: Next.js · React Native · Node.js · TypeScript · Supabase · Drizzle · TailwindCSS
What the role looks like:
- 60% hands-on development, 40% lead responsibilities (code reviews, unblocking devs, client calls)
- Fully remote, flexible hours — 7–11am PST overlap required
- AI-first team — you're expected to model it, not just use it
- Contract role, ~30–40hrs/week, hourly pay
US-based preferred for timezone but open to anyone who can cover the overlap hours. Fluent English is a must.
