I recently tested a simple input workflow:
One still portrait
One audio clip
No motion capture
No manually created animation
The objective was to see whether AI could generate enough facial movement to make a static concert image feel like a real performance.
I used TalkPix AI to process the image and create an AI-generated Man in the Mirror fan tribute.
The interesting part was how the model handled more than mouth movement. It also generated changes in head position, eye expression, and emotion across the 15-second clip.
This kind of workflow could be useful for character content, educational videos, historical-photo storytelling, memes, and creative music experiments.
