How to Turn Your OC into a VTuber with AI (No Rigging, Just Clone-and-Swap)

If you have ever tried to build a full VTuber profile from scratch, you know the first wall is not the character. It is the setup.

The honest part

My first Starting Soon screen came out too generic. It looked like anyone's stream. So I pushed the lighting darker and added a streaming glow to the prompt, and it finally read like my character's real channel.
