What if your original anime character had a real debut album?
I wanted to test the idea without building every visual from scratch. So I used an AI album cover generator workflow in PixAI Studio and built a small debut kit around one OC.
The final kit had three parts:
• Official profile visuals
• An anime album cover and promo poster
• A sticker sheet for debut merch
The key was character consistency. I kept the same violet-haired vocalist, retro denim jacket, and lilac, rose, and warm gold palette across the whole project.
Step 1: Build the profile visuals
I started with the Official Debut workflow template. It creates an eight-panel half-body profile sheet.
I cloned the template, opened the process, cloned the workspace, replaced the default character, and generated the profile.
The first result used a bright blue background. It did not fit the jacket very well. I changed the background prompt to teal, and the visual identity became much stronger.
Step 2: Create the anime album cover
Next came the Unplayed Melody template.
It combines:
• Cover art
• CD mockup
• Release date
• First-press-style layout
• Promo poster design
I called the album Dreams of 1987 and used a dreamy night-city synth-pop concept.
My prompt focused on:
• Soft serif album title
• Dreamy nocturnal mood
• Navy, teal, and pink
• Synth-pop genre
• First-press debut single
The first cover had cramped title text. I added clean negative space to the prompt. The next result had much better spacing.
The biggest win was character consistency. Yune kept her face, violet hair, and outfit across the album artwork.
Step 3: Add anime merch
For the final piece, I used the Come Closer workflow to create a sticker sheet.
I used hearts, stars, cassette tapes, microphones, vinyl records, moons, neon signs, and retro geometric shapes.
The cassette tape became my favorite because it matched the synthwave concept so well.
The formula
You do not need the same character or genre.
Use:
Character + music genre + color palette + album mood + visual motif
Pick one clear choice for each part. Then keep the same choices across every visual.
The result feels more like a real anime debut project than a collection of unrelated AI images.
