Thinking About Getting Into React Full Stack Dev in Pune? Here’s My Experience with Technogeeks

If you're in Pune (or even PCMC) and trying to break into full stack development, you’ve probably noticed how messy the course landscape is. Too many institutes, too many promises, and not enough real training.

I recently explored the React Full Stack Development Course at Technogeeks, and here’s a straight-up, no-nonsense breakdown for anyone considering it:

What I liked:

Actual developers teach the sessions, not generic trainers.

The course mixes React + NodeJS + Express + MongoDB, so it's an actual MERN stack flow.

You get hands-on coding, including a full MERN project (we built a geolocation + image-sharing app).

Assignments + project work = a good amount of practice, not just theory.

They let you switch between classroom and online, which helps if you work odd hours.

There’s placement assistance, mock interviews, resume help — basic but useful.

For beginners?

Yes. The syllabus starts from HTML/CSS/JS basics. A lot of non-IT folks were able to follow along pretty well.

For devs switching tech stacks?

Also yes. The React + Node combination is solid and industry-relevant. If you’re coming from testing, support, or even Java/Python, the learning curve is manageable.

How long is it?

Roughly 90 hours total (40 hrs instructor-led + assignments + real project time).
It took about two months with a regular schedule.

Worth it?

If you want a structured, guided way to learn MERN and you're in Pune, it's one of the better options I came across.
Not a magic “get a job instantly” thing — but if you put in the practice, it genuinely helps you get job-ready.

Where they offer classes:

Aundh, Baner, Wakad, Kothrud, Hadapsar, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad — plus online.

If you're trying to move into full stack development and want a place that’s practical and dev-friendly, this course is honestly a solid pick.

Happy to answer questions if anyone’s on the fence or comparing institutes.
