A game environment creator except blender !

Hello everyone!
I was trying to use blender for creating game environment but m not able to do that because of my graphic driver. When I tried to update my driver from intel it said "No updating required". I am having 8GB RAM and 256GB hard disk. Can anyone please suggest me another software for game environment according to my pc specifications?
plus m a beginner so not familiar with each and everything. Help me with this please.
