I am a former high school teacher that taught business classes. My passion for app building for my students led me into coding.
I also used to run a small business manfacturing surfboards out of a garage. That's the pic you see on this thread.
Right now, Im looking for JavaScript developers who are also good instructors / good people. I built a network for coaches to provide expertise to other dev's that have bugs or just want to learn.
The website is p-pl.com

Hey, Thomas!
It's a brilliant idea! I've run through it myself so many times. I was also thinking of building some kind of service where devs can ask more experienced folks about help. And I'm not meaning stackoverflow approach, but more like sitting together and explaining the particular issue. But I'd suggest do not focus on JavaScript only and take it a way broader: to all IT sector. I've recently switched to architecture and devops, and right now struggling with some random issues from time to time. Sometimes it's really hard when I'm stuck somewhere and have no one to ask from, except online resources of course. But those are not always are very helpful and fast.
So, good luck with the platform, it's something that the IT world needs heavily!
Right on. Much appreciated for the king words. Thats exactly the market were trying to build. Live time help. We just went live this week so any dev's you know that may benefit, tell them to signup.
I've noticed one little issue with the vendor application. It seems like it's only supporting US based registrations. Do you plan supporting other locations too?
Yes. Currently we are only supporting US applications but we will be updating this very shortly. Hopefully within 2 weeks.
