Thanks, how do I lookup other tags? I like the site but I'm a bit confused on how to navigate.

Tags are something we're still working on...soon you'll be able to follow and sort for tags. Until then, you kinda have to hack through it:
Only larger topics will have substantial tagged articles, and for those you can either click on the tag from an article that features it or add it in lower case after "dev.to/t/"
