What is Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Program ?
The Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador program is a global program offered by Microsoft that aims to empower students to be technology leaders and help others learn about technology. The program provides an opportunity for students to enhance their technical skills, gain valuable leadership experience, and make connections with other students and industry professionals.
As a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, participants are expected to participate in a variety of activities, including organizing and hosting workshops and events, promoting Microsoft technologies and resources on social media, and sharing their knowledge with peers and their community. They are also encouraged to develop and implement projects that use Microsoft technologies to solve real-world problems.

My Journey
I applied for MLSA on 29th Nov 2022 and that was my 4th attempt, after three attempts I had a clear idea and awareness about the expectation of Microsoft team and the selection criteria. If you are reading my article, I hope you are interested to get into the program. Always have hope and don't give up applying if you didn't get selected. And on 18th Jan 2023, I received a mail from Microsoft and after I saw it, I wasn't on the floor I was in the sky and was very happy, finally I got selected after 3 failures.
Tips to get selected for the Program

Now I'll give you some tips that you can follow to get selected!
- Have Passion
- Express the best of your thoughts
- Don't copy the answers from internet.
If you follow these three tips, you will get selected for sure!
Having the passion in you will make you learn the tech and contribute to the community. Help the community as much you can! this will automatically make you worth for this program and you can explain them about your experience of leading a community and how did you help them.
Express your thought about the Microsoft community and how it can help your community to grow and how it helps you to grow in you career. When you are really passionate to help others you can easily answer all of the questions asked by them.
In video answer, don't exceed the given time and be more precise and use the field given to you to share about yourself in the application. Be confident in the video and don't stuck or memorize the script, be natural and explain your answer. No need for editing the video and all, just the video of you is good for the selection. I did no editing and I captured the video in my phone only, so go for it and be confident, Confident is the key, my friend.
