Usage Tips
- Don't try to do everything in a week. Budget 4-8 weeks for a proper launch
- Phase 1-3 are prerequisites. Complete them before spending money on marketing
- 80% is good enough to launch. Perfect is the enemy of revenue
- Skip items that don't apply. Not everyone needs a Google Business Profile
- Import into your task manager. Todoist, Notion, Asana — whatever you use daily
Best Practices
- Set a launch date first. Work backward from a deadline to stay focused
- Do the scary items first. Legal and financial setup feel hard but are essential
- Get your first client before perfecting your website. Revenue validates everything
- Tell everyone you know. Your network is your best first-client source
- Track time spent per phase. Useful data for future planning
- Revisit quarterly. Some items (insurance review, website updates) recur annually
