Usage Tips

  • Don't try to do everything in a week. Budget 4-8 weeks for a proper launch
  • Phase 1-3 are prerequisites. Complete them before spending money on marketing
  • 80% is good enough to launch. Perfect is the enemy of revenue
  • Skip items that don't apply. Not everyone needs a Google Business Profile
  • Import into your task manager. Todoist, Notion, Asana — whatever you use daily

Best Practices

  1. Set a launch date first. Work backward from a deadline to stay focused
  2. Do the scary items first. Legal and financial setup feel hard but are essential
  3. Get your first client before perfecting your website. Revenue validates everything
  4. Tell everyone you know. Your network is your best first-client source
  5. Track time spent per phase. Useful data for future planning
  6. Revisit quarterly. Some items (insurance review, website updates) recur annually
