Small businesses in Bangladesh still run on paper ledgers — so we built the software to replace them as one connected Node.js ecosystem. Tiwlo is an operations platform that unifies storefront, inventory, point of sale, hosting, ISP workflows, mail, payments and security in a single system, instead of a stack of disconnected tools.
Walk into almost any small shop in Bangladesh and you'll find the same tools running the business: a paper notebook for stock, orders scattered across Facebook inboxes, phone calls and WhatsApp, and at month's end no confident answer to whether the shop made a profit or a loss. Tiwlo, a cloud platform based in Dhaka, was built to replace that notebook. Founded in June 2024 by entrepreneur Al Imran Niloy, it brings the core operations of a small or medium business — online storefront, inventory, point of sale and day-to-day workspace — into a single connected system.
The problem: operations scattered across paper, inboxes and memory
Small retailers and online sellers typically juggle three recurring problems. First, stock never matches: the ledger says three units remain, the shelf holds two, and nobody knows where the third went. Second, orders get lost between comment threads, inboxes and chat apps, and a slow reply sends the customer to a competitor. Third, monthly profit is a guess, because sales are recorded but expenses are not tracked in the same place.
Tiwlo's answer is a single operational layer: when a sale happens, stock updates; when stock moves, the records follow; and the business owner can see orders, payments, customers and support in one view instead of rebuilding the story from five different apps.
One ecosystem, six focused products
Rather than a single monolithic tool, Tiwlo is organised as an ecosystem of connected products, each with a clear role:
- Cloud Store — online storefronts and e-commerce operations for sellers.
- tPanel — hosting operations, keeping services, billing and support in one place.
- tFiber — workflows for internet service providers, linking subscribers, packages, invoices and support history.
- tMail — business communication and mail identity.
- Tiwlo Pay — billing and payment workflows with the customer context attached.
- tSecurity — account protection, verification and abuse review.
The design principle behind the ecosystem is connected context: hosting should not lose sight of billing, a payment review should show the customer behind it, and a shop's orders, stock and support should never live on separate islands.
Built by a founder who has run the other side of the counter
Tiwlo is not Niloy's first company. In 2024 he founded Alzic Limited, a multi-vendor e-commerce platform, and Imran International Limited, a machinery and industrial components importer. Running an online marketplace and an import business gave him a direct view of the operational chaos small businesses deal with — and his first venture, a social media platform he built in 2021 and shut down in 2023, taught him what happens when a product is built before the operations around it are understood. Tiwlo applies those lessons: start with real workflows, keep records understandable, and make repeated tasks easier.
Getting started
Businesses can create a free account at tiwlo.com and start with the basics — products, stock and orders — before moving their full operation over. For a small shop, that first step replaces the most fragile part of the business: the notebook that only one person understands.
