MengChong Paradise (萌宠乐园) is a free, open-source desktop pet raising app for Windows 10/11. Raise a cat, dog, bird or turtle right on your desktop — it walks around, sleeps, begs for food and greets you, with a full life cycle from egg to old age: grow up, marry, have babies that inherit colors and personalities, and retire with honor.
Key Features
- 16 breeds (cat/dog/bird/turtle), each with realistic walking animations
- Zero-pressure design — pets never starve, get sick or get lost
- Task butler — say "remind me to drink water in 30 minutes" and it delivers on time, even when hidden
- Anti-slacking screens — 10 work scenes (Windows update, disk check, VS Code, video meeting...) with one-key switch
- Emotional companion — daily mood check-in and auto-generated pet diary
- 100% local — works fully offline, no ads, no forced registration, no popups
