Hey everyone!
I’ve recently completed my Under-Grad and started my career as a software developer at a startup.
As someone just beginning this journey, I’m curious to hear from people who have been in the industry for a while.
What skills, habits, experiences, or areas of knowledge would you recommend focusing on during the early years of a software development career?
Looking back at your own journey, is there anything you wish you had learned, explored, or done earlier that would have made a significant difference 5–10 years down the line?
I’d appreciate any advice, lessons learned, or mistakes you think someone starting out should avoid.
