Hi! I would say start with a todo-list and add features little by little, if you have an idea of feature but hou are stuck there may be a tutorial on the web just google it to have the best practice on this tech

Start with html, css make websites using only that.. then learn javascript, make websites using all 3... Then look into javascript frameworks and that's where the world will be really huge to explore
