Can't figure out the reason of the javascript tag, I mean you can make almost all of the intermediate and advanced level projects with html and css only with just the exception of making it dynamic with some DB and backend so you could need js for the data transfer if you want a more modern approach.
It means projects on HTML CSS & JAVASCRIPT
