In my opinion it's cool minimalitic design, which isn't finished yet. My advice is save this circles and oval conception, but made them more structure. I mean, for example, for numbers only circles and for words only ovals same scale. Some kind symmetrical design can be more attractive. Than can add more colors from one color palette and mix of them would be great. (check this for inspiration create.vista.com/colors/color-name...) For the best result i think you can adjust fade effect. If you going to do it, share the result, when done

I'd definitely seek some consistency here — either a grid or a list, just to make it more appealing from the get go.
However, if not something to bring clarity and uniformity, you could go the other direction and have everything sort of floating around. At least in that case the lack of uniformity seems intentional. 🤷♂️
