Track who's hiring at your target accounts

A company that just opened five data-engineering roles is about to buy data tools. One hiring its first security lead is about to buy security software. Hiring is one of the clearest buying signals in B2B sales, and it's public: most startups and scale-ups post their jobs on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby.

Checking 50 careers pages by hand every week doesn't scale. Here's how to pull every open job from a list of companies into one spreadsheet, and then get only the new ones each morning.

What you'll get

One row per job, in the same format whichever of the three systems the company uses: title, department, team, locations, country, remote or hybrid, employment type, posted date, published pay range when the company lists one, full description and apply link.

Step 1: Open the tool

Go to Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs Scraper on the Apify Store and click Try for free. You'll need a free Apify account. The tool reads the official public job-board APIs these systems provide, so runs are fast and rarely break.

Step 2: List your companies

Paste careers-page URLs or plain company names. A plain name is looked up on Greenhouse, then Lever, then Ashby.

{
  "companies": [
    "https://boards.greenhouse.io/gitlab",
    "ashby:notion",
    "stripe"
  ],
  "keywords": ["data", "security"]
}
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

Keywords match whole words in the job title, so AI won't match "maintain". Add locations, remoteOnly or departments to narrow further.

Step 3: Run it and download

Click Start, then download the results as CSV, Excel or JSON.

Here's one of the jobs it returned when I ran it on October 5, 2026. Notion uses Ashby while GitLab and Stripe use Greenhouse, and all three come back in the same format:

{
  "companyName": "Notion",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Detection and Response",
  "department": "Security",
  "locations": ["San Francisco, California", "New York, New York"],
  "workplaceType": "hybrid",
  "postedAt": "2026-09-28T16:20:26Z",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion/06e1d3a8-2706-4ed9-9fe6-8b69607de18e"
}
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

Step 4: Get only new jobs each morning

{
  "companies": ["ashby:notion", "greenhouse:gitlab", "stripe"],
  "keywords": ["data", "security"],
  "onlyNewJobs": true,
  "monitoringList": "target-accounts"
}
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

Schedule it daily. The first run returns everything that matches; after that, only jobs you haven't seen yet, and you pay only for those. Push them to Slack or your CRM with Apify's integrations.

What it costs

$1.40 per 1,000 jobs, with no monthly fee.

Good to know

Up to 500 companies per run, and you can mix all three systems in one list. The same format also works for job boards, newsletters and AI agents answering "who is hiring Rust engineers in Berlin?"
