Export Olive Young and Naver Shopping reviews into one JSON schema

I build Korean data tools at WebiStudio. This tutorial uses our paid Korean Reviews Bundle Actor on Apify to export public product reviews from Olive Young and Naver Shopping. This is a publisher-authored example, not an independent comparison. The current public Actor does not support Coupang.

1. Choose a supported product

Use an Olive Young goods number or a product URL from Olive Young, Naver Smart Store, or Naver Brand Store. For a small first run:

The input also accepts a proxy configuration when needed. A run can return fewer reviews than requested if the source has fewer available or access is restricted.

2. Call the Apify API

Get an API token from your own Apify account and put it in an environment variable, not in a source file or URL. The synchronous endpoint returns dataset items when the run finishes. This command starts a potentially billable run and caps its event charge at $0.15:

For Node.js 24, the complete example.mjs and output JSON Schema are published separately. Use the asynchronous Actor run API for larger batches or runs that may exceed the synchronous endpoint timeout.

3. Read normalized output

Each dataset item has a source (oliveyoung or naver_shopping), productId, reviewId, rating, text, date, hasPhoto, photoPaths, isRepurchase, and scrapedAt. Source-specific details use nullable or empty fields: Naver review-list results do not include helpful votes or skin profiles. We do not export reviewer names, account identifiers, or profile images. Check the source websites' terms and applicable privacy requirements for your use.

Pricing and limits

The public Actor charges $0.15 per started block of 50 returned reviews per run. A zero-result run has no event; 1–50 returned reviews cost $0.15; 51–100 cost $0.30. Dividing a batch into several small runs can cost more than one run containing the same results. Neither this example nor the GitHub repository includes a token, referral code, or tracking parameters.
