Most AI products today are optimized for demos. Not for long-term distribution.

A lot of builders focus on:
•⁠ ⁠model quality
•⁠ ⁠UI polish
•⁠ ⁠launch hype
•⁠ ⁠social virality

But the harder problem is:
Can the product still grow 2 years later?

The internet is changing fast:
•⁠ ⁠AI crawlers
•⁠ ⁠automated agents
•⁠ ⁠synthetic traffic
•⁠ ⁠changing search behavior
•⁠ ⁠platform dependency
•⁠ ⁠declining organic reach

This is making infrastructure, indexing, SEO, performance, and ownership much more important again.

I increasingly think the future belongs to builders who:
•⁠ ⁠own their distribution
•⁠ ⁠build indexable systems
•⁠ ⁠focus on long-term visibility
•⁠ ⁠avoid platform dependence
•⁠ ⁠think beyond launch day

The moat is no longer just intelligence.

The moat is sustainable distribution.
