Last year I did a major burnout, and I decided to stop working.
It's been over a year now and I still don't have my energy back.
I had some energy to restart programming around November, I learnt Go, started streaming and had even some regulars. I was working out daily, reading daily,learning how to draw, and sleeping great.
In March I decided I need to get back to work , albeit part time.
All energy went out of the window the minute I started. I stopped coding, stopped streaming , stopped working out, and everyday is a struggle just to concentrate on doing simple DevOps tasks.
