Not long ago LinkedIn added a feature that allows adding a frame to your profile picture, letting everyone know if your are #hiring or #opentowork.
Now, you can create your own custom frames, adding a little more character to your LinkedIn profile.
Use the image offset and to center your image (and create your cubic frame)

Since LinkedIn only offers two frames, I made a tool using which you can create custom frames with the color and text you like other than the classic #opentowork and #hiring. I feel it is easier to use than the one above.
