What a Weekly SEO Check-In Should Cover

A weekly check-in keeps an SEO project honest. Fifteen minutes is enough if the agenda is fixed.

A fixed agenda

  • What changed last week. Pages published, fixes shipped and anything that broke.
  • Indexation. New pages that got indexed and pages that are still waiting.
  • Traffic against the baseline. Search Console clicks and impressions compared with the saved starting point.
  • Next actions. Three concrete tasks for the coming week with owners.
  • Blockers. Access, approvals or developer time that are holding the work up.

This is the rhythm used by SEO expert Alexander Todosuik on projects for websites in Poland: an open plan and a weekly check-in.
