I Built PageNote: Visual Website Feedback Without the WhatsApp Screenshot Chaos

Every freelancer and agency dev knows this pain:

Client opens WhatsApp. Sends a screenshot of your website. With a red circle drawn on it. Caption: "move this a bit to the left."

Which "this"? Left of what? On which page? On mobile or desktop?

Then the screenshot gets buried under 200 other messages. The comment gets lost. The deadline gets missed.

So I built PageNote

PageNote is a visual website feedback tool. Here's the whole workflow:

  1. You share one link with your client
  2. Your client opens your site and pins notes directly on it, exactly where the issue is
  3. Every note lands in one dashboard. Nothing gets lost.

No signup needed for the client. No browser extension. Free.

Why I built it

I run ZaxisMedia (zaxismedia.site), 240+ free online tools. I kept watching the same broken feedback loop: screenshots in chat apps, vague descriptions, lost comments. Developers waste hours just decoding what the client meant.

PageNote kills that loop. The note lives on the page, at the exact spot. No decoding needed.

It's live on Product Hunt today

I launched PageNote on Product Hunt today. If you've ever suffered through screenshot-feedback hell, I'd love your support and honest feedback:

What's the worst client feedback message you've ever received? Drop it in the comments, I need a laugh. 😄
