🍵 The Inspiration
Growing up in Maharashtra, street food isn't
just food — it's a feeling. The smell of cutting
chai in the morning, the crunch of a fresh samosa,
the satisfaction of vada pav after a long day.
I wanted to capture that warmth in a website.

🚀 My Journey
I'm Arshad — an 18-year-old self-taught developer
from Kudal, Maharashtra. I have no laptop.
Every single line of code, every bug fix, every
deployment — done entirely on my Android phone.
I choose Indian street food because it's not just
a theme for me — it's my culture, my comfort,
my home. 🇮🇳
When I see "comfort food" I don't think pizza.
I think cutting chai on a rainy Mumbai morning.
That's what Chai & Chill is — comfort,
coded from the heart. ☕
🎨 Design Decisions
- Warm orange/brown palette — evokes the color of chai and spices
- Real food photography — makes it feel authentic and appetizing
- Mumbai street address — grounds it in real Indian culture
- ₹ pricing — not $, not €, but ₹ — proudly Indian 🇮🇳
